Turkey has announced it rejects Russia's annexation of Ukrainian territory. South Korea stated it won't recognize Russia's annexation of Ukrainian territory. Matt Schlapp's CPAC, however, recognized Putin's annexation as legitimate and attacked Biden for sending aid to Ukraine.
