Ghislaine Maxwell’s first Prison Interview

No remorse for her crimes. Instead Maxwell portrays (and her friends) herself as the real victim:

  • “He [Prince Andrew] is paying such a price for the association. I consider him a dear friend. I care about him.”
  • …Maxwell even told how she is now convinced Andrew is a victim of faked evidence.
  • “It was a special friendship [referring to Bill Clinton], which continued over the years,” she said.
  • “We knew each other [referring to Donald Trump] and mingled in the same circles, in New York, Palm Beach. I was very grateful when he wished me well after (the arrest). He got bad media for it, but he dared, while others didn’t. “I was honoured he remembered me. Well, he is known to say what he thinks. It gave me a big boost.”

Russia gave $300 million to Political Parties, including the U.S.

Russia has covertly given at least $300 million to political parties, officials and politicians in more than two dozen countries since 2014, and plans to transfer hundreds of millions more, with the goal of exerting political influence and swaying elections, according to a State Department summary of a recent U.S. intelligence review.

Russia has probably given even more that has gone undetected, the document said.
